To ensure our time spent together is as productive as possible, please complete the following questions prior to all styling sessions.

If you could wave a realistic magic wand, what image or style would you like to embody?
Do you have any style icons? Please tell me who inspires you? Is there a look you'd like to emulate or do you simply want to look modern and effortlessly put together?
How would you describe the style you would like to achieve? (classic/romantic/creative/preppy/bold/fun/modern etc)
If you'd like to create a total new look or if you don't really know what style you have or would like- that's fine too!

What is holding you back or slowing your progress from achieving the look and style you desire (i.e no knowledge of what suits you, time, lack of self confidence, resources, brand /fashion knowledge or something else)?

It is incredibly helpful to know what dress size you wear in different brands/retailers. For example, a size 12 in M&S is very different to a size 12 in Zara. Equally, if the size of your upper and lower body differs then please provide details. Your answers will help me gauge your true size.

Pear, Apple, Strawberry, Rectangle or Hourglass. Remember, most people are a mixture of at least 2 shapes and that’s totally fine. It's also fine if you don't know.
What (if any) difficulties do you find when buying clothes for yourself?
