Terms & Conditions of Business

Please find below a full and detailed list of the terms and conditions. However, I appreciate that most people simply want to know what they’re signing up to, how to pay and what costs are involved. I have summarised the answers to these questions below. I assure you that there are no extra ‘hidden’ costs. Please read the full terms and conditions should you wish. A separate styling contract will issued when booking the Midlife Style Makeover Program.
Abbreviated Terms and Conditions
1. Period of Engagement
This engagement is anything from 1 hour to 28 days dependant on the sevice/program requested and shall commence on an agreed date with client or booking system.

3. Fee Structure
Due On Acceptance: £ depending on styling service
Payment can be made via the website when booking Worldwide Online Services or purchasing gift cards.
Invoice or paypal payment link will be sent via RG Personal Styling for all other services.
The Full Style Makeover Program Invoice to be paid within 2 days of the invoice receipt date.
4. Styling Costs & Timeframes
The Worldwide Online Programs are available from £100 and last between 45 minutes and 4 weeks.
The Re-Style & Edit costs £595 ( 4 hours) + £100 thereafter per hour plus petrol costs (charged at 45p per mile).
The Style & Shop Strategy costs £595 which includes a 30 minute pre-shop before your arrival and a further 3.5 hours shopping together. Any additional time required is charged at the standard rate of £100 per hour. Shopping services will incur an additional charge for parking plus petrol costs (charged at 45p per mile)
5. Refunds
Refunds are not available for any Online Styling Service however you may reschedule your session with 24 hours notice.
Refunds (minus any booking processing fees) are available on the Wardrobe re-style and Shopping trip if requested with 7 days notice.
6. Travel costs
Petrol is charged at 45p per mile for the return journey from PE28 3EH (Cambridgeshire) to and from client’s house.
Rail fare for the return journey from Cambridge to King's Cross (in the event London is the selected shopping trip destination) will be charged at cost to the client.
7. Cancellation Charge
You may cancel your Wardrobe re-style or Shopping trip but must do so within 7 days to avoid the cancellation fee of £100.
Online services are not refundable but with 24 hours notice you may reschedule your appointment.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
By providing your details you are consenting to be contacted by RG Personal Styling.
I take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission.

9. Payment Options
All invoices should be paid within 2 days of receipt unless agreed beforehand or stated differently on invoice.
Payments details will appear on the invoice.
Worldwide Online Services can be paid for and booked via the website.
Paypal payment links can be sent if preferred.
COMPLETE TERMS AND CONDITION OF BUSINESS
GENERAL
1.1. RG Personal Styling offers personal styling and personal shopping services.
1.2. The terms and conditions are between RG Personal Styling and the client using the services of RG Personal Styling. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.
CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
2.1. By providing your details to RG Personal Styling, you are consenting to RG Personal Styling informing you via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and the latest trends. The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
2.2. RG Personal Styling privacy promise; I take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where I have to do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of a personal shopping package. My full privacy policy is updated regularly and available here.
2.3. From time to time RG Personal Styling may send information about discounts, promotional offers and events. If you do not want this information to be sent to you please email me at ros@rgpersonalstyling.com stating that you do not wish to be sent any RG Personal Styling information.
2.4. As stated, I will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
2.5. All personal client information including contact details or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.
PERSONAL STYLING/SHOPPING
3.1. RG Personal Styling reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.
3.2. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. I accept payment of cash, bank cheque, via paypal or a direct bank transfer.
3.3. All invoices should be paid in accordance with the invoice date.
3.4. Payment for goods purchased and collected by RG Personal Styling on behalf of their client need to be covered/paid to RG Personal Styling within 2 days of the invoice receipt date.
3.5. RG Personal Styling (if required) agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to their client as proof that RG Personal Styling have purchased goods on behalf of their client.
EXTRA COSTS: TRAVEL & CAR PARKING
4.1. All travel costs need to be covered by the client at a cost of £0.45 per mile from CB24 1DX to the location where the service is provided (ordinarily a client’s home or shopping centre location).
4.2. All travel mileage costs will be calculated using Google maps from a starting location of CB24 1DX
4.3. All car parking fees obtained during a Personal Shopping Trip Service will be charged at cost to the client.
CANCELLATIONS
5.1 You may cancel your Wardrobe Edit or Shopping Trip Experience appointment for any reason. However, please note that if aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £100 will be incurred.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation, clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their personal styling appointment.
5.3 In order to cancel your appointment please notify me by email on ros@rgpersonalstyling.com
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Where RG Personal Styling provides to a customer any items of clothing, shoes and/or accessories (known as “goods”), the customer is responsible for the goods until they are either:
paid for in accordance with clause 3.4 above, or
returned in their original condition to RG Personal Styling within 7 days of their receipt.
6.2. RG Personal Styling is not liable for any loss or damage in circumstances where
Deliveries of goods have been organised by stores or boutiques, and/or
A client mis-handles goods or damages goods purchased.
6.3 RG Personal Styling will not be responsible for faulty or damaged goods.
6.4 RG Personal Styling will not be responsible for the misplacement of customer goods.
